IMMERSION TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in immersions, workshops, classes, events, and services offered by Desert Dome Tucson ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By registering for or participating in any immersion or event, you ("Participant," "Guest," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and expressly approved by the Company.
By registering, you represent that:
All information provided is accurate.
You are physically and mentally capable of participating.
You agree to comply with all immersion rules and policies.
2. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Your reservation is confirmed only after:
A completed registration form is received.
Required waivers are signed.
Deposit or full payment has been received.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its sole discretion.
3. PRICING
Immersion pricing includes only the items specifically listed on the immersion webpage.
Unless otherwise stated, immersion fees include:
Accommodations
Scheduled meals
Group classes
Workshops
Meditation sessions
Yoga sessions
Scheduled activities
Pricing generally does not include:
Airfare
Ground transportation
Passport or visa expenses
Travel insurance
Personal purchases
Spa services
Optional excursions, services, or treatments
Medical expenses
Laundry services (available for an additional fee)
4. PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Payment is made at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Payment options are payment in full or other payment options outlined at checkout.
Failure to pay by the deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
5. CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT
Payment is non-refundable.
Unused portions of the immersion are non-refundable.
Participants who leave early are not entitled to reimbursement.
6. CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY
The Company reserves the right to cancel or postpone any immersion due to:
Severe weather
Natural disasters
Insufficient enrollment
Government restrictions
Health emergencies
Venue issues
Instructor illness
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If the Company cancels the immersion before it begins, Participants may receive either:
A transfer to another immersion; or
A refund of amounts paid to the Company.
The Company is not responsible for airfare, hotels, travel expenses, visas, passport costs, lost wages, or other incidental expenses.
Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
7. TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Trip cancellation
Medical expenses
Emergency evacuation
Lost baggage
Flight interruptions
Personal liability
The Company is not responsible for uninsured losses.
8. HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to attend.
You agree to disclose any:
Medical conditions
Physical limitations
Serious allergies
Dietary restrictions
Medications that may affect participation
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
9. FOOD AND DIETARY NEEDS
Meals are provided as described for each immersion.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions communicated before the registration deadline; however:
We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Cross-contamination may occur.
Participants with severe allergies remain responsible for managing their own health.
10. ACCOMMODATIONS
Accommodation assignments are made at the Company's discretion unless otherwise specified.
Guests are responsible for:
Respecting immersion property
Maintaining cleanliness
Reporting damages immediately
Participants are financially responsible for damage caused intentionally or through negligence.

Immersion offerings may include:
Kundalini Yoga
Meditation
Breathwork
Reiki
Tarot Readings
Sound Healing
Energy Healing
Spiritual Coaching
Educational Workshops
These services are intended for educational, personal development, and wellness purposes only.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
Nothing offered during the immersion constitutes medical advice, mental health counseling, legal advice, or financial advice.
12. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participation may involve inherent risks including:
Physical injury
Muscle soreness
Falls
Emotional responses
Fatigue
Exposure to weather
Travel-related risks
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
13. CODE OF CONDUCT
Participants agree to:
Treat everyone with respect.
Maintain a peaceful environment.
Follow instructor guidance.
Respect cultural and spiritual practices.
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, violence, or disruptive behavior.
The Company may remove any participant without refund for behavior that threatens the safety or well-being of others.
14. ALCOHOL, DRUGS, AND SMOKING
Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
Participants may not attend activities while impaired.
There will be no alcohol served by host or allowed on the premises.
15. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA
During the immersion, photographs and video recordings may be taken.
Unless you notify the Company in writing before the immersion begins, you grant permission for your likeness to be used for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
16. PERSONAL PROPERTY
Participants are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.
The Company is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Participant for the immersion.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
18. INDEMNIFICATION
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates from claims arising from their participation or violation of these Terms.
19. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, pandemics, war, terrorism, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, government actions, or natural disasters.
20. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within that state.
21. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
The Company may update these Terms at any time.
The version in effect on the date of your booking shall apply unless otherwise required by law.
