not a retreat – a return to yourself

space, quiet, and guidance
to get clear on what’s next.

CENTER OF LIGHT

You can’t explain why you’re here. Only that something brought you.

You didn’t find this place, it found you.

WHAT DESERT DOME IS

This is not a retreat.
This is not a course.
This is the doorway into what comes next.

A woman in red and black clothing walks a labyrinth stone circle in a desert garden at sunset, surrounded by cacti and desert shrubs, with mountains in the distance.

Desert Dome is a multi-day immersion on the Sonoran Desert located in Tucson, Arizona. You arrive at a 3,000 sq ft geodesic dome on five acres of land, in a small, curated group. Your meals are vegetarian prepared with intention on-site using whole ingredients that nourish the body and support the deeper work happening throughout your stay. The food is infused with the lifeforce energy of pran. Your days are guided through Kundalini practice, sound, ceremony, and curated sessions with visiting practitioners — held in step with the intelligence of the desert itself.

You've already done the inner work. Therapy gave you insight. Books gave you language. Journaling gave you somewhere to put it down. Every one of those tools worked — for the chapter you were in.

But this chapter isn't asking for more insight. You already have insight. What you don't have is a place to actually do something about it. Desert Dome Tucson provides you with an experience and embodied knowledge.

The Space

  • Sunlit interior room with mats and cylindrical cushions on the floor, stone fireplace decorated with colorful prayer flags, large window with plants, and wooden balcony with railing overhead.

    The Dome

A 3,000 sq ft geodesic dome on five acres of Sonoran Desert. The center of the dome holds the yoga, the gong, the ceremony, the practice.

  • A bedroom with a bed that has a large, intricately carved wooden headboard, white floral quilt, and multiple pillows. There are two white nightstands with lamps on each side, one with a pink lamp and the other with a yellow lamp, and colorful artwork hanging on the walls.

    The Room

Five themed rooms, each named for the land around them — Saguaro, Mariposa, Estrella, Venus, and Moon. Each with a window that lets in the sacred desert light, its own quiet, and the calm of a small sanctuary.

  • A desert landscape featuring various cacti, rocks, and dry plants with a distant town and mountains in the background.

    The Land

Five acres of Sonoran Desert that backs up to the Tucson Mountains. This desert is its own unique ecosystem that doesn’t exist anywhere else. The land is alive and a little wild: doves at first light, owls in the pines, coyotes at dusk. The land is the medicine.

  • A dining table set with plates, wine glasses, and gold-colored utensils inside a room with large windows and a stone wall.

    The Kitchen

Food here is part of the practice itself. Every meal is vegetarian, prepared from fresh, nourishing ingredients that support the body, calm the nervous system, and deepen the experience. Eating is in community and seen as a prosperity and gratitude practice.

FOUNDER · KUNDALINI YOGA TEACHER · SOUL GUIDE

A woman with curly brown hair and wearing pink glasses, a light-colored shirt, and layered necklaces, sitting outdoors with a blurred natural background of trees in early spring.

Before Desert Dome, I found myself asking the same questions many women bring here now.

I had built a successful career.

Raised a family.

Done everything I thought I was supposed to do.

And still, something didn't fit the way it once had.

What I found was the desert.

Not because it gave me answers.

Because it gave me enough quiet to hear my own voice.

That experience changed the direction of my life.

It led me to train in Kundalini Yoga, sound, and ceremony, support women through birth and death as a doula, and return to school, where I am currently earning a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

In Kundalini, we say Sat Nam — a reminder to return to what is true.

Desert Dome was built from that idea.

Not to fix you.

Not to teach you who to become.

But to create the space to hear yourself clearly enough to know your own way forward.

I am not here to give you answers.
I am here to walk beside you while you remember your own truth.

Desert Dome is a return to yourself. Choose you.

WHY NOW

Because someday isn't a plan.

Most women wait.

For the right season.

The right circumstances.

The moment when everyone else needs less from them.

But life has a way of continuing to fill every available space.

If you've learned anything by now, it's that time is precious.

The things that matter most rarely happen by accident.

They happen when we choose them.

WHAT COMES AFTER

Beyond the Immersion

The women who walk into Desert Dome rarely stop here. Some continue with weekly Kundalini sessions. Some join the 6-week post-immersion program built for integration. Some come back for annual tarot readings, fire ceremonies, sound baths, or simply to sit on the land again.

And every woman who passes through Desert Dome is invited into the monthly community call — one hour each month with Seema Jot. There's a theme, a short practice, and a check-in on what's happening at the dome. It's how Desert Dome stays in your life after you leave.

Wherever the next chapter takes you, there is a path designed for it.
