IMMERSION POLICIES & PARTICIPANT AGREEMENTS

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Participant Cancellation

To cancel your reservation, written notice must be submitted by email. This is applicable if you have an extenuating circumstance that is known 30 days prior to the Immersion.

Please request which immersion you would like to transfer to occuring within 90 days of the originally scheduled immersion.

Requests for immersion transfer less than 14 days in advance can't be supported and registration will be canceled and not eligible for refund or transer.

Immersion fees cannot be transferred to another participant without written approval.

Other than stated above, immersion purchase is considered non-refundable.

No refunds are provided for:

  • Late arrivals

  • Early departures

  • Missed activities

  • Illness during the immersion

  • Weather delays

  • Travel interruptions

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

COMPANY CANCELLATION

If the Company cancels a immersion due to circumstances beyond its control, participants may choose:

  • A full refund of payments made to the Company; or

  • Credit toward a future immersion.

The Company is not responsible for airfare, hotel costs, transportation expenses, lost wages, travel fees, or other incidental expenses.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER

Participation in immersion activities is voluntary.

Activities may include:

  • Kundalini Yoga

  • Meditation

  • Breathwork

  • Hiking

  • Reiki

  • Energy Healing

  • Sound Healing

  • Workshops

  • Movement classes

  • Outdoor activities

I understand these activities involve inherent risks including, but not limited to:

  • Falls

  • Muscle strain

  • Emotional responses

  • Allergic reactions

  • Illness

  • Accidents

  • Property damage

  • Travel-related risks

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Desert Dome Tucson, its owners, employees, instructors, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, venue operators, and representatives from any claims arising from my participation, except where prohibited by law or resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

The Company does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.

Immersion offerings—including Kundalini Yoga, Reiki, Tarot readings, meditation, energy healing, and wellness workshops—are intended solely for educational, spiritual, and personal wellness purposes.

These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Participants should consult their healthcare provider before participating if they have any medical concerns.

Participants remain responsible for taking prescribed medications and following medical advice during the immersion.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

During the immersion, photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings may be created.

Unless I notify the Company in writing before the immersion begins, I grant the Company permission to use my image, likeness, voice, and testimonials for:

  • Website content

  • Social media

  • Marketing materials

  • Educational materials

  • Promotional publications

No compensation will be provided for such use.

I understand I may opt out by submitting written notice before the immersion.
